How much is the rental application fee? The application fee is $25.00 per each adult that will reside in the rental unit. You may view and print a copy of the rental application in the Current Rentals menu of this website. What is the application process? Once the rental unit has been viewed by the prospective tenant and the application fee has been processed, we will use the information from the rental application to perform a credit check, verify employment, and review rental history. This process generally takes 1 to 2 days. When is rent due? Rent is due by the 6th of every month. After the sixth day, a 10% late fee will be charged in addition to the late rent. How do I make arrangements to pay my rent? You may pay by mail, via dropbox in front of office, or come in and pay in person. We accept checks or money orders and offer receipts. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RENT PAYMENTS.
